Basically, your Scripps Ranch sedation dentist will crush the small blue pill and mix it with a flavored mint for taste purposes. Then, the bits will dissolve beneath your tongue. You’ll relax enough for 40-50 minutes to allow Dr. Friedman to preform whatever dental service is necessary.
Computer Controlled Sedation (The Wand)
When we say we have advanced dental technology, this is what we’re referring to. The Wand is an innovative computer-controlled local anesthesia injection that allows us to preform much more precise dental practices. We can predict comfortable injections, which is especially important for procedures that are going to be performed in an area already experiencing pain. Not only is it more precise, but the microprocessor within the wand regulates the distribution of the anesthesia so that patients don’t feel a thing!
Who are “textbook” sedation patients?
