Payment Options
Our doctors and staff are proud to be part of a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive dental services available. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy below.
You are expected to pay for your office visits at the time of service. We gladly accept cash, check, credit, or debit cards. We also work with most major dental insurances. We do offer a courtesy adjustment for cash or check payments and for prepayment of treatment.
Dental insurance can be confusing….PPO, DHMO, HMO, indemnity? Dr. Friedman and MOD Squad Dental are happy to work with most major dental insurance companies. We file your dental claims as a courtesy to our patients. You will always be presented with a detailed treatment plan before any and all dental procedures are scheduled or completed.

MOD Squad Membership
The exclusive MOD Squad Membership allows you and your family to get the dental care you need. For an annual fee of $350, you will receive the following services:
- 2 cleanings, 2 sets of x-rays, and 2 doctor exams (if needed)
- 15% Courtesy for any/all dental treatment completed with Dr. Friedman during membership year
- Complimentary Custom Whitening Trays
- Complimentary Whitening Gel FOR LIFE (ask for details)
- Complimentary Conscious Sedation
- Renew Annually
- No Hidden or Activation Fees
- No Cancellation Penalties (Does not include no shows, or late cancellations of reserved appointments)
- No Waiting Periods
There is an annual savings of $623 per year for adults and $426 per year for children. Those with periodontal disease will save $726 per year (payment for additional periodontal cleanings will be the patient’s responsibility).
Restrictions:
- Offer valid with absence of gum disease; other offers are available for periodontal patients
- Membership cannot be combined with other offers
- 2 cleanings are allowed each year as a member. Scheduling the 2 cleanings in each particular year is the patient’s responsibility. There will be no reimbursement of funds if the allowed procedures are not all completed in that year.
